We may change these Terms and Conditions at anytime and any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website. These current Terms and Conditions apply to all new orders and also replace any previous Terms and Conditions originally accepted by any previous or existing customer orders on any Shoot35 product.

Prices & Promotions

1, Although we endeavour to make sure that all pricing information on the Shoot35 Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price and this will remain at our discretion.

2, We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and product specifications of goods on the Shoot35 Website at our discretion at anytime. Any changes in offers or prices will apply for new orders only and will not be changed in any way for any existing orders that have shipped or are due to be shipped. We may change product specifications on orders which have not shipped and will inform customers via email of any changes.

3, All prices on the Shoot35 website are in UK Pounds Sterling. Payments from mainland UK customers will include VAT (value added tax) on all orders. For non mainland UK customers the price is inclusive of any VAT that maybe applicable.

4, The shipping charges on orders from shoot35 only cover transit and insurance. For non mainland UK customers there may be additional import duties or taxes imposed. If any duties or taxes need to be paid they are the sole responsibility of you the customer and are not included in the shipping charges paid to shoot35.

Ordering

1, All orders made by you through the Shoot35 Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances to explain why your order has not been accepted.

2, You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "make payment" button on the check out page.

3, After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order or a VAT invoice. We will only constitute a legal acceptance of your order and a contract between us when we have received full payment of your order.

4, Stated shipping date is not reserved until we receive full payment (i.e. once the funds have cleared into our account). If a payment is pending, your ship date is based on the availability at the time the payment clears, not the date you originally received when you ordered.

5, Please note that stated lead times on the shoot35 website are subject to change at any time without notice.

6, You may add additional items to an existing order providing this order has not been despatched.

Payments

1, Payment can be made by credit/debit card or through PayPal or BACS. Payment will be debited from your account immediately or shortly after unless you have payment pending (i.e. PayPal E-Cheque).

2, You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

3, We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card or PayPal or BACS payments in accordance with your order.

Shipping

1, Stated shipping dates on the Shoot35 website and acknowledgement emails is an estimated delivery date and does not form any contractual agreement between you and us. We always encourage people to plan any production schedules only when they have the product in hand, have tested it, and are comfortable with its operation. Please note that while we do everything we can to deliver in this timeframe this is an estimated lead time only and actual lead times may vary.

2, Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to return your order within 14 days of despatch, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us, failure to do so may result in us refusing your Return and Refund.

3, The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but from time to time items may go missing in the post. We will always ensure that all products despatched are covered with the courier for the relevant value. If you believe your order is missing or lost after 10 days of receiving your dispatch email  please contact us.

4, The shipping charges on orders from shoot35 only cover transit and insurance. For non mainland UK customers there may be additional import duties or taxes imposed. If any duties or taxes need to be paid they are the sole responsibility of you the customer and are not included in the shipping charges paid to shoot35.

5, Stated dispatch dates are working days only (Monday to Friday) and do not include Saturdays and Sundays.


Products

1, The SGblade 35mm Image Converter is a 72mm thread. If your camcorder has a thread other then 72mm, you will need to purchase step rings to fit your camcorder.

2, The SGblade 35mm Image Converter base requires a 'Connection Kit' in order to function with your camcorder. If you do not already own a Connection Kit, you MUST purchase either a Non Flipped Tube or a Flip Module.. Please note that the SGblade does NOT work with the Non Flipped Tubes from the earlier SGpro unit.

3, The Rod Support Systems that was provided with the SGpro r3 or a third party support will work with the SGblade but you will require the SGblade bracket.

4, The SGblade 35mm Image Converter packages include your choice of 1 x ROTArazor disk, 1 x Lens Mount, 1 x Flightcase, 1 x Step Ring, 1 x Accessory Pack. Any other item/s you choose to add will be at an additional charge.

5, The SGblade is powered using 2xAAA batteries which can be 1.5v  Alkaline or 1.2v NICAD/NIMH rechargeable. NOTE: We do not supply batteries with any SGblade package.

6, You cannot use Nikon DX, G Series or Canon EF-S lenses on the SGblade.

7, Performance between our old SGflip Module and our new FLIPmodule may vary when attached to the SGblade35mm Image Converter or SGpro 35mm Image Converter.

8, Our products are designed to work with each other but might not be compatible with other third party products. Under no circumstance will we accept responsibility if a third party product does not work with our products.

Refund, Returns & Cancellations

1, You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason up to a period of 30 days after the order has been placed but not dispatched. We will not accept request for refunds after this 30 day period due to our suppliers manufacturing parts for your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us.

2, Items maybe returned within 14 days of them being received from us due to reasons of unsuitable and full credit will be given for the product, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods (using a signature courier service) and we will not accept any responsibility until the goods have been signed for at our location. Please ensure they are securely packaged and that a proof of purchase is provided. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

3, If the item you purchased from us becomes faulty for any time after it has been despatched from us, we will offer a return and repair at our discretion under the Terms & Conditions of your products Warranty (please see below for details). We will not accept the return of products under any circumstances for refunds or repairs if they have not been agreed with us first and any item sent back without agreement will be refused.

Warranty

1, All products excluding battery packs are covered for 1 year from date of receiving the goods which includes free labour and parts. After 1 year we will continue to repair any faults at the full cost to the customer. We will not cover any shipping costs for returning the unit to us and the customer will also be charged for the cost of returning the product back to them after the unit has been repaired. If any VAT or import duties are applied to the return and repair we will also charge these costs to the customer and will not ship back any unit until payment has been received in full.

2, Please note that we will attempt to provide support via email first before requesting the return of a product for repair and will only accept the product back providing it has been deemed suitable. We may also request you to provide information about a fault with a product based on word or images which could help to resolve any issue and failure to provide this will result in the void of your Warranty. We will not repair any product that has not been agreed we us in advance. Please do not request a return and repair until we attempted to resolve the issue first via email and then we will establish if it needs to be returned for repair.

3, When shipping any product back for return and repair please use the suitable size packaging box for the product as this will benefit you on shipping costs and only send back what has been requested by us marking the product clearing on the box as Return and Repair.

4, Under no circumstances should you attempt to self repair any product unless you have been instructed to do so by us first. Any attempt to repair products without first contacting us for advice will result in the void of your Warranty.

Liability

1, Lenses and/or user equipment is used on our products at your own risk and we will not accept any liability for damage or faults to lenses and/or user equipment from using our products. It is highly recommended you regularly inspect your lenses, mounts and equipment for any signs of faults or potential issues and if necessary report them to us immediately.

Under No Circumstances We Will Accept Liability for Damage or Faults to Lenses or User Equipment from Using Our Products.

General

1, You must provide proof of purchase for any refund, repair or cancellation request such as email or received invoice identifying the transaction with Shoot35.

2, All refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.

3, We will only deal with the purchaser who made payment for the products and will not accept any information for anyone else unless the purchaser has authorised us to do so by providing their own secure information upon request.

4, We may ask for identification when dealing with any matter (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

5, We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund with or without proof of purchase.

6, We recommend that any product purchased from us is not used for any form of hiring. We believe that the hiring of our products should only carried out by a qualified manufacture that has the knowledge and means to repair any faults should there be so. The customer should not take any risk whereby the product is more likely to become damaged or faulty such as through hiring. This may affect you Return & Repair Policy.

7, We only makes sales direct to companies and individuals for their own use and forbid the purchase of our products with the intention to resell or redistribute. Reselling or redistributing our products will result in the void of your product Return, Repair, Refund, Warranty and the removal of support for your purchase.

8, We have a maximum purchase of three identical products lines. If you should require more you must email us in advance before placing your order.

8, We may use customer footage shot with our equipment in the shoot35 showroom if this footage has been posted onto other websites in the public domain i.e. Shoot35 Forum, Vimeo, Exposure Room etc. If you do not want you footage posted into the shoot35 Showroom please contact us via email and we will remove it.

Copyright & Patent

1, The SGblade 35mm Image Converter is licensed and protected under the patent of P+S Technik GmbH - makers of Professional Cine Equipment. The licence and protection covers the capturing device and optical flipping system of the SGblade 35mm Image Converter.

2, All product designs and website are copyright to shoot35.

Rights to Withdraw

1, We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Shoot35 Website at any time.

2, We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Shoot35 Website.
